  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
